Description
The Department of the Navy, Portfolio Acquisition Executive Maritime (PAEM) on behalf of Deputy Portfolio Acquisition Executive (DPAE), Expeditionary Mine and Warfare (EM and W), hereby issues this Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for the Service Craft Boats (SCB) Multiple Award Contract (MAC).
