Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) N0016726R3000 for Engineering Services for Signature Silencing Programs. This requirement is a Level of Effort (LOE), non-performance based task order (TO) under the SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) Multiple Award Contract (MAC).
