The Embassy of the United States in Quito, Ecuador needs to contract private transportation services to support official transportation needs within and outside Quito, Ecuador, as required. The Embassy of the United States in Quito, Ecuador will establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for qualified transportation services providers to support official transportation needs within and outside the city limits, as required.
