The 137th Special Operations Wing (137 SOW) announces its intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Riversport OKC for a teambuilding event. The 137 SOW Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program requires a professionally facilitated, off-site team-building event to foster unit cohesion, communication, and resilience among service members.
