Description
ON 23 September 2025, in accoradance with 10 U.S. Code 4022, The Army Contracting Command-Orlando awarded an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) via the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II) for the Role 4 Definitive Care Modeling and Simulation Tool prototype project. The DHA and the Joint Force lack an integrated Role 4 medical modeling and simulation tool to meet the needs of the combat support mission, resulting in a significant gap in the ability to comprehensively develop contingency and support plans. The DHA needs a software platform capable of modeling and forecasting to help planning related to Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and other Role 4 facilities resource usage and constraints, manpower requirements, and other related demands to help create better support plan
