Roof Replacement at the Point Park Visitor Center

The National Park Service, Contracting Operations (ConOps) East, intends to issue a Solicitation for a Roof Replacement at the Point Park Visitor Center for NPS, Chickamauga/Chattanooga National Military Park. The purpose of this project is for the removal and replacement of the asphalt shingle roof, associated flashing, and guttering at the Point Park Visitor Center within the Chickamauga/Chattanooga National Military Park (CHCH). The existing asphalt shingle roof is approximately 18 years old and covers an area of approximately 4,000 square feet. The roof is at the end of its useful life and requires complete replacement.
