Description
The purpose of this notice is to publish the redacted Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) for the RSDE II Task Order N6893625F0459 under the AEWTTR II Multiple Award Contract. As required by FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) this J&A is hereby posted for the aforementioned contract award. This JEFO contains Controlled Unclassified Information and is therefore attached as a secure document. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information.
