RSMeans FedRAMP Concurrent Complete Plus (Base Plus 2 Option Years)

NASA/Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) has a requirement for Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) for RSMeans Data Online FedRAMP, Concurrent, Complete Plus, for use agency-wide under the Facilities & Real Estate Division (FRED) umbrella. This procurement is for continued access to RSMeans comprehensive construction cost database and estimating platform, delivered in a FedRAMP-authorized cloud environment suitable for Federal use. NASA/ITPO intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the commercial items from The Gordian Group, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
