S-Intent to Sole Source - Tree pruning and tree and stump removal at East Potomac

This notice of intent to sole source is issued pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101 and RFO 12.102. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order with Ross Tree Expert Company under the authority of RFO 12.201-1 and 41 U.S.C. 1901.
