Description
SDA-SN-26-0002 announced an intent to Sole Source an extension of support under contract number FA240125C0001 for satellite processing and integration services via two, sole-source modifications. Two sole-source modifications were awarded to SpaceX under FA240125C0001: modification P00002 was awarded on December 18, 2025 and modification P00003 was awarded on March 5, 2026. Collectively, these modifications: (1) extended the period of performance by 1 year in the amount of $15,252,220.87, and added an unexecuted Option year in the amount of $15,252,220.87. Unexpended funding in the amount of $8,093,174.41 was re-aligned from the Basic Award (PoP ending 12/31/2025) to CY2026, therefore only $6,600,000 was obligated to the contract to fund CY2026.
