NAVAL UNDERSEA WARFARE CENTER DIVISION, NEWPORT SCRAP METAL RECYCLING SALES AGREEMENT Sale of recyclable materials by the Recycling Program, Code 1023, located at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), RI SOLICITATION/CONTRACT FORM Solicitation Reference Number N6660426Q0491 STATEMENT OF WORK Background This is a sales agreement not a contract. The Solid Waste and Recycling Program is operated by the EMP2 Program in Code 1023. The Solid Waste and Recycling Program operates in accordance with the Solid Waste Disposal Act and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act in order to increase diversion of Solid Waste to landfills by means of recycling.
