SDA Enterprise SETA Services OY2 Modification

SDA Task Order FA240123F0002 modification P00027 was executed on September 24, 2025. A Justification and Approval (J&A) for SDA to exercise Task Order Option Year 2 at a higher dollar value than was included in the original Task Order award is attached to this award modification notice. The values for Option Years 3 and 4 will be increased as well. Due to the agency's rapid growth and expanding mission (Golden Dome Support, Tranche 3 Custody Layer) additional manpower was required during option year one. These requirements will continue going forward and SDA estimates that by the end of option year 2, the total number of positions covered by this Task Order will increase. This increase in FTEs necessitates a modification to the Task Order's original value.
