Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to supply and install a secure, highly durable section of security fencing at the northeast corner of Sector Field Office Fort Macon, NC. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238990 and size standard of $19,000,000. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria.
