Introduction The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), an operational component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), protects the nations transportation systems with the mission of ensuring freedom of movement for people and commerce. TSAs Enrollment Services and Vetting Programs (ESVP) requires Secure Identity Management Support (SIMS) that will focus on technical expertise for credentials issued using the TSAs Security Threat Assessment (STA). ESVP manages a variety of programs that are critical to U.S. transportation and national security.
