The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement for septic tank pumping services for Hannibal Locks and Dam. The Hannibal Locks and Dam project is located on the Ohio River in Hannibal, Monroe County, OH. The Project address is 40344 State Route 7, Hannibal, Ohio 43931.
