Service Contract: Maintenance and support for government owned Hamamatsu Nanozoomer S60 S/N, 000453

The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to maintain and provide preventive maintenance for Hamamatsu NZ S60 brightfield scanner (Serial # 000453) at Molecular Pathology Unit. In order to assure that the instrument is in good working conditions at all times, we need to secure a service protection plan, for an annual preventative maintenance and timely repair/service when needed. Due the complexity of the instrument and its proprietary software which is the only means to operate the scanner, we need a technically qualified Hamamatsu technician who has in depth understanding of the mechanical as well as software aspects of the system.
