Amendment 0004: In Attachment 7, the answer to Question 6 states "We are gathering the last 12 months of usage records and will post them in an upcoming update to the solicitation." However, after speaking with the requirement owner, they stated, "The requirement is for unlimited CONUS long-distance. Historical usage records are not available.
