Location: CONUS This is not a Request for Quote and only the Government notice of intent in the near future. When the solicitation is published on DIBBS, the requirement will be fully outlined in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency REFERENCE FAR 5.207 (c) (16).
