Description
DPAA requires breakout rooms, audiovisual equipment, and hardwire internet for Facebook live, YouTube, Vimeo, and Government websites. These will be used to conduct briefings and one-on one meetings with family members of missing service members from WWII, the Korean War, the Cold War, and the Vietnam War. DPAA will brief these families on the U.S. governments efforts to recover their loved ones remains and return them to their families for burial with full military honors. Meeting rooms and audio video support will be for two days (June 26, 2025 -June 27, 2025. The hotel/motel shall be located within five (5) miles of Omaha NE (Zip Code 68102) and in a setting within reasonable walking distance to food establishments.
