SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE Freetown, Sierra Leone 16 July 2026 Fiscal Agent Services for MCA-Sierra Leone Ref: MCA- SL-26-3014 The United States of America and Sierra Leone, acting through the Ministry of Finance (the Government), signed a Millennium Challenge Compact on 27th September 2024, through which the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is providing approximately US$ 480 million USD of funding (MCC Funding) to support a program designed to reduce poverty through economic growth in Sierra Leone (the Compact). Through the Compact, the Government also agreed to provide a contribution of approximately US$ 14.2 million USD (the Government Contribution).
