Description
This solicitation is reissued due to technical responses that were required in addition to adhering to the FAR Overhaul under Commercial Services. A second site visit is scheduled and listed within the attached Amendment. BACKGROUND INFORMATION The Gaithersburg Site Effluent Treatment System is located on the south end of campus at the E Gate intersection at Center Drive. Built in the mid-1990s, the system was designed to comply with Washington Sanitary Sewer Commission (WSSC) effluent discharge requirements. The system is centered around a large concrete tank (wet tank) that provides primary effluent treatment with a stir / chop agitator system PH monitoring and treatment. Currently, the interior wet tank operational, structural, and life safety systems have rendered this system inoperabl
