Organized Site Visit A Forest Service organized site visit has been scheduled for March 13th, 2026, at 9:30 AM local time. Requests For Information (RFIs) RFIs) are required to be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Troy McCullough (troy.mccullough@usda.gov), via email no later than March 19th, 2026, 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time. No questions will be accepted after this date and time. Quote Due Date All quotes shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer, Troy McCullough (troy.mccullough@usda.gov), no later than March 30th, 2026, 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, materials, equipment, vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, and miscellaneous items needed to remove, dispose, and replace the existing HVAC units and associated ducting work.
