This notice is posted in accordance with FAR 6.305: Pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-5, General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Region 01, Acquisition Management Division has awarded a sole source nationwide Architect-Engineer Professional Service IDIQ contact to the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS). This 2025 National Institute of Building Sciences IDIQ contract award is to provide a variety of professional and/or technical services that support PBS business lines fiscal year strategic business plans and initiatives.
