Description
This sole-source justification provides authority to award a task order on the basis of other than full and open competition for Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support services. The contractor will perform SETA services to assist the SC Security Technology Integration Program (STIP) in system development and operations and maintenance (O&M). This includes providing technical guidance throughout the acquisition lifecycle and systems engineering life cycle (SELC), reviewing open architecture (OA), System of Systems (SoS), design documentation, and supporting risk management activities. The contractor will also assist in developing and maintaining documentation, reviewing operational processes for compliance and efficiency, supporting incident response and troubleshooting
