Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for sustainment of Government Furnished Property (GFP) Near Field Range (NFR) in support of production and repair of UA COMMS system components. The NBA interfaces with the Unmanned Aircraft or the Mission Control Segment (MCS) equipment for configuration and status and processing Platform C2 data (Air Vehicle Command and Control (AVC2)). The proposed contract action is for the procurement of supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, L3 Technologies, Inc.
