Description
The U.S. Embassy Ankara invites your firm to submit an offer for the renovation of the existing kitchen cabinets, countertop, sink, faucet, backsplash/wall finish, and related accessories at the Deputy Chief of Mission Residence. The enclosed solicitation is a noncommercial, firm-fixed-price construction acquisition using simplified procedures and SF 1442. The Government intends to award one contract to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer. Award may be made on the basis of initial offers without exchanges. The Government may conduct clarifications or other exchanges when determined necessary under simplified procedures.
