Solicitation for Nickel Niobium IDIQ

Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment SP8000-26-R-0006 0001 is to update Attachment 3 - Clauses and Provisions to incorporate DFARS clause 252.225-7008 - Restriction on Acquisition of specialty Metals. See attached amendment SP8000-26-R-0006 0001. ***************************************** The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has a worldwide mission to ensure a continued supply of products to the National Defense Stockpile (NDS). This requirement is for DLA to acquire Nickel Niobium for DLA Strategic Materials. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15 procedures. A single IDIQ contract will be solicited and awarded for this acquisition. The resultant IDIQ will include a 5-year base ordering period with an IDIQ Maximum (ceiling) of $450,000,000.00
