Amendment No. 2 to Solicitation of a Concession Business Opportunity to Operate Guided Water Float Tours, Retail, and Snorkel Equipment Rentals within Channel Islands National Park

The National Park Service (NPS) has released Amendment No. 2 to the business opportunity soliciting proposals to award a new ten (10) year concession contract to operate Guided Water Float Tours, Retail, and Snorkel Equipment Rentals within Channel Islands National Park. Amendment No. 2 provides responses to the questions asked as well as an update to the Draft Contract, Section 13(b), based upon an updated policy changing the thresholds for audited and reviewed annual financial reports by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
