REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Department of State Erbil, IRAQ This RFI is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. The Government is conducting market research to identify interested and capable vendors for the supply and delivery of Mid-grade Gasoline (MUM) and Diesel (SFD) fuel at the Department of State in Erbil, Iraq.
