THIS SOURCES SOUGHT is being issued by the Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD). NSWCCD is seeking potential sources with the capability to manufacture a forged and machined HY-80 pedestal. The Government is seeking information from industry to assess capabilities, determine the feasibility of the preliminary design, and gather feedback for acquisition planning. NSWCCD intends to issue a solicitation/synopsis in the upcoming months to meet mission requirements.
