SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IDIQ Contract for Wood Utility Poles The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses capable of furnishing and delivering treated Pacific Coast Douglas Fir wood utility poles in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. The Government anticipates establishing a Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ contract with a three (3) year ordering period. Orders will be issued on an as-needed basis.
