Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) for Solid Waste Collection and Disposal/Recycling Services

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials,supplies, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform integrated solid waste and recycling management within the boundaries of Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB), CA. Services shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) this performance work statement (PWS) as well as applicable federal, state and local regulations, commercial industry standards, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Americans with Disabilities Act (28 CFR, Part 35, Subpart A) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements.
