Spacecraft Optical Navigation and Autonomy Modules

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Ames Research Center (ARC) intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole source basis to EraDrive, Inc. of Palo Alto, California, pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government intends to acquire commercial products and services using FAR Part 12.
