This solicitation encompasses two separate requirements. The first requirement is for the pick-up of recycling materials outlined in Part 1. The second requirement is for the manning of the Base Recycling Center, outlined in the Optional Part 2. Both requirements have been identified to have the same vendor base. Quoters can choose to provide quotes for one or both of the requirements. The Government reserves the right to make a single award to one contractor for both requirements or multiple awards to two different contractors for the two requirements. This determination will be made at the time of award dependent on the best value to the Government.
