Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division, intends to award the first Job Order (JO) under the sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0016426GMP02. The BOA will be issued to The Boeing Company (Boeing), 460 Herndon PKWY, Herndon, VA 20170-5278. Acquisitions under the BOA will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.301-1). The basis for restricting competition is that the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Boeing, is the only one that possesses required skills, software documentation, test fixtures and stations, quality and performance acceptance test procedures experience, and technical data necessary to directly manufacture and produce the hardware wall subscription and licenses needed under thi
