Spectralogic Spectra Stack T-200 Hardware/Software Maintenance

Tyndall AFB requires hardware and software maintenance and support services for existing Spectralogic Spectra Stack T-200 Tape Library systems currently in operation. Services shall include, at a minimum: 24/7/365 technical support (phone and web portal access) Preventive and corrective maintenance Troubleshooting, repair, and system restoration Firmware and software updates/upgrades Next Business Day (NBD) parts replacement and on-site support Access to proprietary diagnostic tools, technical data, and system updates necessary to maintain full operational capability The requirement supports mission-critical data storage systems and must ensure continued system reliability, compatibility, and performance.
