DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove the existing locker room flooring and install approximately 775 square feet of new Roppe Rubber Tile (or equal) and Roppe Vinyl Wall Base (or equal) at USCG Station Chetco River. All work must be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work, comply with industry standards, and be completed within 90 days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
