Description
The Stegall Substation Stage 07 Phase 01 Project (Equipment Replacements and Upgrades) replaces end of life equipment and installs a new control building. Replaced equipment shall include the 1960s era control building, 30+ disconnect switches, problematic brown glass insulators, main bus reconductor and rating increase, 2-115kV oil circuit breakers, replace 1990s vintage GE D20 RTU with three SEL RTACs, and add transfer bus dead end structure between 230kV east and west interconnect.
