Naval Medical Research Unit South in Lima, Peru has a requirement for conducting the study entitled Malaria and vector borne disease surveillance in the Colombia/Venezuela border. If capable sources are not identified through this notice, then NAMRU South intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) to THE ADMINISTRATORS OF TULANE EDUCATIONAL FUND.
