I. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Philadelphia District (NAP) plans to award at least three (3) separate Architect-Engineer (A-E) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to comprise one (1) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for A-E services to perform Geotechnical Engineering Services and Geo-Environmental Engineering Services. The total maximum shared capacity of the MATOC is $49,500,000. Work will primarily be performed within NAP?s boundaries (PA, NJ, NY, MD, DE), but could also infrequently include other states and districts covered by the USACE North Atlantic Division?s (NAD) mission areas, excluding Europe (ME, VT, NH, CT, MA, VA, WV, and the District of Columbia).
