Description
Pursuant to FAR 19.808-1 and DFARS 219.808-1, this is a direct award CPFF contract to NHS, an Alaska Native Corporation. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.805-1(b)(2), ANCs are exempt from the competitive threshold limitations of the 8(a) Program. This acquisition is valued below the $100 million threshold for Department of Defense (DoD) sole-source justifications established by DFARS 219.808-1(a) and FAR 6.302-5(b)(4). As the award is below this threshold, a formal Justification and Approval (J&A) is not required under FAR 6.303-1. The SBA accepted the requirement for ANC on 22 DEC 2025 in accordance with FAR 19.804-3
