**Amendment 3: THE SITE VISIT HAS BEEN MOVED TO MON 24AUG & TUES 25AUG and the RFQ DUE DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO FRI 28AUG. Please see below for MANDATORY SITE VISIT information on WED 19AUG. SITE VISIT: Participation in the site visit is mandatory for all Offerors. Attendance is required to ensure a clear understanding of the project requirements and site conditions before submitting a quotation.
