Description
Contract action was not awarded competitively pursuant of statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 4022 (f)(2) that allows for award of a follow-on production contract without the use of competitive procedures when competitive procedures were utilized for selection of the parties to the prototype Other Tranasaction and the participants in the transaction successfully completed the prototype project provided in the Other Transaction.
