Description
This is a pre-solicitation notice of a proposed contract action for the procurement of Oil Water Separator Tank Cleaning Services for the Massachusetts Air National Guard, 104FW, Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, MA utilizing simplified procedures under FAR Subpart 12.201-1 for commercial services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the tank cleaning services, as defined in the PWS. The Government contemplates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Single Blanket Purchase Agreement with a 5-year ordering period for its no less than annual service.
