THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUOTATIONS. PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers and interested sources IAW Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 5.1 and RFO 12.201-1(c)(2) as firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for temp heating/cooling rental services for the 301 Air Force Reserve Command at Naval Air Station Forth Worth Joint Reserve Base, TX. Anticipated award date is around 22 June 2026 (subject to change). DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall provide temp heating and cooling rental services at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, TX. All deliveries shall be off truck, assembled, with verified operation unless directed otherwise by government contracting office
