Description
The U.S. Embassy Singapore is issuing the enclosed Request for Proposals for itinerary planning, admissions and reservations, scheduled ground transportation, remote logistical coordination, contingency support, and reporting for an influencer travel program in Texas. The program will include five Singapore-based social media influencers accompanied by two Government escorts, for a total of seven travelers. Tour activities will take place from October 3 through October 11, 2026. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible Offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, is determined technically acceptable, and provides the lowest total evaluated price.
