Description
The DHS US Coast Guard Training Center Petaluma intends to award a sole-source purchase order using the procedures at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement due to maintaining system integrity and operational certification, no alternative manufacturer components may be integrated into the trainer. Following direct consultation with Bosch Rexroth, Livingston & Haven has been designated as the authorized service provider to execute this repair.
