This project consists of removing existing electric single packaged vertical unit (SPVU) and legally dispose. Provide and install similar new electric 4-ton SPVU (minimum 11 EER/3.3 COP) with defrost kit [Bard W48HFA15 and Bard HVAC 8620-223 Defrost Board Replacement Kit or approved equals], including all electrical (with any necessary connections or upgrades to the panel), structural or ducting modifications, and non-proprietary, programmable control(s). Perform startup testing and adjustments. Provide O&M manual(s), including as-built drawings. Obtain all appropriate permits necessary to complete the project.
