This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for the procurement of Two (2) Columbus Jack/Regent Towbars (PN: 865D1100) In Accordance With the Item Description as a FOB destination is Tinker AFB OK. The requirement must have the following specifications. This requirement is brand name. Long Towbar Brand Name: Columbus Jack/Regent Part Number: 865D1100 QTY: TWO (2) Shall be fully assembled Shall be usable for towing for programmed depot maintenance and shorter temporary purposes.
