Description The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to inform industry of an upcoming requirement for Training Rifles and Pistols. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). Please be advised that this notice is published solely to inform industry of the Governments intent to solicit quotations directly from at least three CO2 rifle and pistol manufacturers or suppliers.
